A few comments from our clients after
sailing with us around the beautiful Greek islands.
Leila M. review about From Milos to Mykonos, one week sailing in the Cyclades June 2019 10/10 Phil is a helpful and very company person with a joke always ready, we had a great time! This type of travel is an excellent solution to reach the various islands in complete relaxation without having to take ferries and stress with luggage. In addition, you learn something about sailing and you can meet nice travel companions. We have been lucky! 🙂

At the end of the season, I was once again able to enjoy a fantastic sailing trip with Phil, Petra and Marina. 6 days trough the Saronic Islands in perfect weather conditions. Phil is much more than a professional skipper. His passion and fun for sailing, his competence and seriousness are noticeable every moment. We also had al lot of fun. Phil is always in a good mood and has entertained us – the atmosphere on board was great. Anyone who wanted to take tasks could do so at any time. While sailing, I learned a lot from Phil, he also enjoys teaching us his experience. The Leap of Faith II is in great condition and well equipped. You feel comfortable there immediately. Phil, thanks for the wonderful week on board with you, I will never forgot. TOP marks for the Skipper (as long as he does not sing loudly 😉 I hope we can sail together again. Fair winds! and all the best for you during the winter 😉 Andreas & Petra

The answer my friend, is blowing in the wind… If you know nothing about sailing but want to enjoy a fantastic “Le Grand Bleu” experience in the mediterranean then you have to head for Phil and his Beneteau-Clipper. Our boarding was in Lavrio Olympic Marina (close to Athens) and after a safety briefing we headed for our island hopping tour with our final destination in Milos Island. First great surprise: the Nespresso Coffee machine with Cappuccino-Milkshaker, YESsss! Phil is very keen on getting things done properly but once he’s seen how you get along he will happily hand over to you and name you “skipper of the day”. If you would like to do so. If not you can also grab the “Do Nothing-Option” and chill around all day long. Phil is also great in cracking jokes and telling stories. The perfect balance between relaxation and learning how to sail. We definitely recommend Phil, the London-sounding Aussie. Anne & Giacomo
We spent a week sailing between the Saronic islands aboard the Leap of Faith. Phil is a very experienced, attentive captain, who likes to transmit the art of navigation, even to newbies like us. The holiday allows you to get closer to navigation without experiencing a total sailing experience. In the evening we moored in the port, which allowed us to visit beautiful villages, small historic centers and to taste real Greek cuisine in typical taverns. The boat is large enough to comfortably accommodate six people. The itinerary was changed during the journey due to unfavorable weather conditions (excessive wind). Nice holiday, recommended.
We had a great week. Phil was very welcoming and made us feel right away despite our shortcomings in English. Cohabitation in the boat was very easy. Phil was attentive to our expectations regarding the journey to make during the week and our desire to learn to sail. We were thus able to sail alone and carry out maneuvers under his control, if we wanted to. Weather permitting, we would stop at a different port each day, and we could count on Phil to recommend tours or good restaurants. In short, if you want to spend an original vacation, forget your daily life, think only of the sea and the wind (at least part of the day) and learn to sail under the good advice of a passionate and benevolent captain, go for it! It was a truly wonderful experience, we alternated the mornings while sailing, with phil who taught us the basics for maneuvering a sailboat, in the afternoons where we landed in the ports to discover the Cyclades. Phil was an impeccable travel companion, as well as our other 2 friends we met in this wonderful adventure
